Wax canisters from Mehboob Studio were recycled in the nearby slum Dharavi, as part of the an ongoing community art project ' Artefacting Mumbai', lead by Alex White Mazarella and Casey Nolan.
Participants created two new works from the material, 'Throwing Into the Corner' and 'Beehive'.
